Salary
$37 - $45 / HOUR
Develops and implements comprehensive care plans for PACE participants to support safe community living. Performs skilled nursing care, conducts initial and semi-annual assessments, and participates in an on-call rotation.
Requires a graduate degree from a professional nursing school and a current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR certification and a valid driver's license are mandatory, while a BSN is preferred.

$37.45 - $44.95 per hour based on experience PLUS $8,000 HIRING BONUS!
Friday 8am - 5pm and participation in on-call rotation (evenings and weekends); occasional weekends
Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Montrose) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider and the first of its kind in Western Colorado, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs.
