The case manager is responsible for the administering and coordinating recovery support services for mental health, co-occurring and substance abuse clients. This position is part of a team of professionals who work together to provide a comprehensive array of therapeutic services to clients and their families. Requirements

• Excellent oral, written, organizational, and record keeping skills.
• Proven, up-to-date knowledge of local community resources required.
• Ability to move from one task to another effectively and with ease.
• Ability to manage change with a positive attitude.

• Physical Requirements
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

• Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from a nationally-accredited university or college required.
• 1-2 yrs. experience providing case management services
• Proven experience working with persons with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience successfully coaching individuals to reach their goals.
• Experience working with individuals on probation/parole, or with those involved in specialty courts, preferred.
