Carilion Clinic is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Neurocritical Care team in Roanoke, Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary neuroscience and critical care program providing comprehensive care to critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients.
The APP will work alongside neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, residents, pharmacists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists in a fast-paced academic and tertiary care environment.

Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Experience: 0
Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required or Physician Assistant. DEA licensure required. AHA BLS-HCP certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers, good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.
$107,993.60 - $172,785.60
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
