• You’ll Do: As an RN with Palmers, you’ll provide high-quality oversight and support for individuals with IDD. You’ll collaborate with medical professionals, ensure compliance with state and agency standards, and play a critical role in improving overall well-being.
• Primary duties include: Conducting monthly RN oversight assessments Reviewing medications and health records for accuracy and compliance Supporting clients at medical appointments when needed Training and delegating to direct care staff Collaborating with care teams to maintain up-to-date care plans and medication orders Completing timely documentation and progress notes Ensuring adequate medical supplies and proper medication administration Identifying and addressing any gaps in care or health-related concerns Other duties as needed Why Join Us?
