The Organ Donor Specialist is responsible for screening referrals for potential organ, tissue, and eye donors and mobilizing recovery teams. They coordinate organ procurement for fly-outs and manage the placement of organs at transplant hospitals.
Candidates must have a medical background with at least one year of experience in a health-related field and a high school education. They must be able to work flexible day and night shifts and complete a six-month training program.
