2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required in Primary Care, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Primary Care or Practice setting preferred.
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required. MSN Required.
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support). Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
Requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and certification as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania. Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary, Internal, or Family Medicine is required.
