Salary
$33 - $41 / HOUR
Co-manage patient cases with Care Coordinators and Outreach Workers to ensure high-quality care and EMR compliance. Perform clinical nursing functions, including patient assessment, medication administration, and providing medical education across various age groups.
Requires graduation from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing and a current California Vocational Nurse license. A current Basic Life Support card is required, and IV certification is preferred.
