Registered Nurse, Dialysis (PRN - Per Diem)

Description At KidneySPA, we’re redefining dialysis care through comfort, quality, and hospitality. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis RN to join our team and help us provide exceptional care to every patient, every time. We are currently hiring for PRN and Full Time roles.

• What You’ll Do Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatments while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Conduct and document patient assessments, care plans, and ongoing evaluations.
• Monitor treatment adequacy, vascular access, and infection control standards.
• Administer medications per physician orders and respond to patient needs during treatment.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for dialysis technicians and new staff.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Active RN license (state of practice, unencumbered). 2+ years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in dialysis preferred. Current CPR certification required. Excellent clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
