About the role

The role involves providing comprehensive surgical nursing care, including anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and radiology. Technicians are responsible for collecting patient histories, performing physical exams, and communicating with pet parents.

VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center is seeking an experienced fulltime Surgery Certified Veterinary Technician for our busy Surgery department.

We are a fast paced, 24 hour emergency and specialty hospital located in Norwalk, CT.

Our hospital supports services including ER/ICU, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Ophthalmology and Oncology.
