We are currently seeking a Bachelor's level Crisis Worker, overnight who will be available to handle crisis situations for runaway, locked out, or homeless youth. The ideal candidate will have a human services background, have good client engagement skills, be effective at crisis intervention, work well independently as well as with a team, and be reliable. Coverage is on a rotating basis with possible hours being: 5 pm - 9 am, Monday through Thursday; 5 pm Friday - 9 am Monday morning; and all holidays. Our crisis workers are well compensated and an important part of our team as often times this is the best time to engage clients in therapeutic work.
