Provide direct patient care by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and performing technical medical procedures. Coordinate unit activities and provide administrative support to the nursing and medical staff.
Requires a high school diploma and an active CNA or PCT certification, or being in the final year of nursing school. BLS certification is mandatory, and 5 years of acute or long-term care experience is preferred.
