The Case Manager provides quality case management and crisis intervention services to clients in a short-term life management program. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, developing individualized housing plans, and coordinating community referrals to help clients cope with their environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, or a related field. Candidates must have at least one year of related experience, proficiency in both Spanish and English, and a valid driver's license with a vehicle.
