Requires a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program and board certification or eligibility via ABMG or ABGC. Preference is given to candidates with over one year of experience in clinical or laboratory genetics.
As a Genetic Counselor I, you will play a crucial role in our clinical support team, responsible for facilitating communication between Baylor Genetics and professional clients, critical review of laboratory test orders and reports, managing complex cases and providing expert guidance in genetic testing strategies.
Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent.
Experience (1+ years) in clinical or laboratory genetics preferred.
Board certified or Board eligible in Genetic Counseling by ABMG or ABGC.
