As an RN at Burnett Extended Care Center, you’ll join a brand-new 154-bed transitional care facility. Purpose-built to serve patients transitioning from hospital to home, Burnett includes specialized units — Memory Care, Long-Term Care and Transitional Care — that focus on quality, comfort and continuity of care. This environment offers nurses the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across diverse needs in a collaborative, post-acute setting. Requires a current and valid Registered Nurse license for the state of California and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated clinical nursing proficiency are required.
