The Primary Care Physician independently assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems and develops comprehensive patient management plans. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, perform physical assessments, and manage patient transitions to lower levels of care.

$221,141 - $315,915 Salary
The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.

Candidates must hold an MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics and possess a valid State Medical License and DEA number. BLS certification is required within 90 days, and board certification is preferred.
