About the Role

Make a real impact every day. Join BrightStar Care as a Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a child in the comfort of their home Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm. You’ll play a vital role in supporting both the patient and their family while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments (within LVN scope)
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition
• Provide pediatric care (including G-tube care)
• Support and educate families on care plans
• Collaborate with RNs and care teams
• Document care and maintain accurate records
• Follow individualized care plans
• Report changes in patient condition promptly
• Participate in training and development

What We're Looking For

• Active California LVN license
• 1+ year pediatric or home health experience (preferred)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused
• EMR experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours

Compensation

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
