Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual or behavioral disabilities in home and community settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, transportation, and documenting services provided.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all roles.
