Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current PA license in Massachusetts. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Prior experience in orthopedics or surgical assistance is highly desirable. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and team collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing office duties with surgical assistance. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software.
