Previous experience as a caregiver or DSP is preferred, along with a compassionate and reliable nature. Candidates must pass background checks and preferably possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support to individuals with special needs in a residential home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working flexible shifts that fit your schedule.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Support clients during community outings and appointments Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Follow individualized care plans and document services provided Promote independence and dignity for all individuals served Available Shifts:
Shift 1 – Every Other Weekend 🕘 9: 00 AM – 9:00 PM
Shift 2 – Weekdays 📅 Monday & Thursday 🕘 9: 00 AM – 4:00 PM
Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in a similar role preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to follow care plans and work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Must pass background checks and required clearances Why Join Us?
