Schedule: Monday to Friday | Some evenings required

Compensation: $70,000-$87,000 annual salary (dependent on license and experience)
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans and empower clients to achieve their recovery goals.

Requires a master's degree in behavioral health science and an active Maryland license (e.g., LCPC, LCSW-C). An ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience working with clients aged 13-30 in detox or residential settings.
