The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to dentists and hygienists while managing instruments and ensuring patient comfort. They are also responsible for sterilizing equipment, capturing X-rays, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Candidates must hold Dental Assistant and X-ray certifications. Proficiency in infection control protocols, OSHA standards, and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment X-Ray Imaging: Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols Patient Education: Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options Records Management: Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems Infection Control: Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols Appointment Scheduling: Help manage and confirm patient appointments Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support
Dental Assistant certification.
