Market context

California pediatric SLP roles stay competitive

In California, pediatric speech-language pathologist roles often see steady demand in schools, clinics, and outpatient settings, especially for candidates with current licensure and recent pediatric experience. These positions are competitive because employers commonly look for a master’s degree, a valid speech pathologist license, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and BLS certification. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit and focus your application on pediatric caseload experience and California licensure.
