The nurse is responsible for resident assessments, documentation, and the oversight of care within a senior living community. They provide on-call backup, manage medication administration, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license and have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare facility. Ability to pass a background check and proficiency in managing multiple tasks independently are required.
Familiarity with ECP software a plus. Holds an active LPN or RN license. Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare facility. Ability to research and analyze several types of data, especially compliance and regulatory standards. Detail-oriented with the ability to plan and carry out job tasks independently. Must be able to exercise discretion and solid judgment. Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt efficiently to change. Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management. On-Call Pay: $150 flat-rate per weekend, plus the employee's regular hourly rate for any hours worked while on call.
