Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider. Responsibilities include taking vitals, checking blood sugars, bed bathing, ambulating, wound care, catheterization, and acting as a safety attendant for patients.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 1 year of direct patient care experience strongly preferred. Basic Life Support certification is required within 90 days of employment.
