This role is built for nurses who can operate independently, manage complexity, and execute consistently at a high level. Requirements

Requires a current unrestricted Compact RN license and at least 3 years of clinical experience. Preference is given to candidates with experience in case management, chronic disease management, and motivational interviewing.
