The COTA/L is responsible for implementing the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician. They must provide professional and competent care to residents while upholding quality standards.
Candidates must possess an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. An active state license and meeting all national board certification requirements are mandatory.
