This is a full-time role based in one of our San Francisco / Bay Area offices. During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary for this role is $308,700 to $347,300 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. Must be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics resident completing training in 2025 or 2026. Requires a valid California state license and a commitment to human-centered primary care.
