Amae Health is a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation that delivers specialty outpatient care for people living with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression. We design and operate high-acuity, in-person clinics across the United States.

We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join our soon-to-open Boston, MA clinic, as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with SMI. As an Amae Health employee, this role will deliver care in a clinic owned and operated by Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).

Base salary range for this role is $65,000–$100,000 per year (full-time schedule) + performance-based bonus opportunity.

Requires a valid Massachusetts license (Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC) with NPI and Medicaid/Medicare enrollment. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with adults with severe mental illness and proficiency in evidence-based interventions.
