The physician provides compassionate, patient-centered palliative care for individuals with serious illnesses in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include managing medical care, conducting histories and physicals, and supervising medical students and residents.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Medicine and be Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience and a valid physician license are required.
Palliative Care Physician – Full-Time Missouri Baptist Medical Center | St. Louis, MO Missouri Baptist Medical Center, is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Physician to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with serious illness, including symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and care coordination across settings. The physician will work closely with hospitalists, specialists, and support staff to deliver high-quality palliative care in an inpatient setting, with strong support from an established hospice and home care network.
