Perform comprehensive clinical reviews of prior authorization, exception, and appeal requests to ensure safe and compliant medication use. Collaborate with PBM partners and internal teams to support formulary development and maintain regulatory compliance with NCQA and DMHC standards.
Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and an active, unrestricted California Pharmacist license. Candidates must have at least 4 years of pharmacy experience, with a preference for 2+ years in managed care or PBM environments.
