The RN provides direct psychiatric and chemical dependency care to children and adolescents in an inpatient setting. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and serve as a leader and role model for other staff.
Candidates must hold a current Connecticut RN license and be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Psychiatric experience and strong leadership and communication skills are highly desired.
