Provide direct care and overnight support for residents in a substance use disorder treatment program. Responsibilities include monitoring medication self-administration, maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu, and documenting client data in electronic health records.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work with diverse populations in a compassionate manner. CPR certification and TB screening are required, while experience in addiction or mental health is preferred.
Description The Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring that quality direct care services are provided to the clients. The Recovery Support Specialist reports to the Program Director for regular supervision and assignments.
Experience in the field of addiction or mental health. Knowledge of the addiction recovery process or willingness to acquire it within the first six months of employment. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Position Type: Part-time (16 hours) Friday & Saturday 11:30pm-7:30am. On site.
