Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPC) – Spanish Fort, AL Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Call | Competitive Salary + Bonus
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Spanish Fort. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong referral base and consistent patient volume.
Full-time, outpatient-only role (Monday–Friday) No call, no weekends Established patient base with strong referral flow Autonomy in clinical approach with administrative support Work alongside psychiatrists and midlevel providers in a team-based model Modern clinic setting with full support staff
