Outpatient Therapist (LICSW/LPC) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Call | No Weekends Location: Montgomery Organization: Ally Psychiatry

Position Overview Ally Psychiatry is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing team in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a full-time, weekday-only role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive, clinician-friendly environment. This role also includes conducting initial intake evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients, serving as a key entry point into care. You’ll work with a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with psychiatry and midlevel providers while maintaining autonomy in your clinical practice.

Requirements

Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama Master’s degree from an accredited program Strong clinical skills and comfort in an outpatient setting Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
