Provide direct case management and advocacy for individuals living with HIV/AIDS to help them obtain and maintain stable housing. Coordinate with community providers, landlords, and government agencies to ensure clients access necessary medical, mental health, and financial benefits.
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Services, along with at least 2 years of experience working with homeless populations. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and CPR/First-Aid certification is desired.

$20.96/hr minimum, and up commensurate upon experience

Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
