The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care by optimizing medication therapy and managing disease states for patients. Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and leading pharmacy process improvement initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy and a valid pharmacist license. Candidates must have an ASHP accredited residency plus one year of clinical experience or three years of relevant healthcare system experience.
