$14 - $15 / HOUR
Provide compassionate in-home care and support for elderly clients or individuals with disabilities to help them maintain independence. Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and assisting with social and behavioral goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license and car insurance. Ability to record daily care notes and report client changes to the agency is required.

This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence AT THEIR OWN HOME including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages. In Home Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs):
· Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry · Meal preparation & cooking · Grocery shopping for or with the client · Transportation & errands · Personal cares and bathing · Companionship · Visit places in the community/socialize · Engage in activities (games, memory books) · Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by Coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching etc.
· MUST HAVE CAR INSURANCE! · MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE! · Must be 18 years or older · Record daily care notes · Report any significant client changes to the Agency office
