This is a Full Time position including skilled nursing facilities in Garrett, IN and surrounding along with the delivery of Home Health services in the surrounding areas.

The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.
The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical TherapyCurrent state license/certificationCurrent registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification BoardPrefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitationExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health CareDemonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy disciplineKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements Additional InformationPhysical Therapist for two buildings - Garrett and Angola, IN.
