Provide direct care and supervision to residents within a behavioral health or residential treatment setting. Maintain strict documentation standards and ensure regulatory compliance with DHHS and CARF standards.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid NC Driver's License, and must be at least 21 years old. Candidates must pass criminal background checks, drug screens, and TB screenings.
Experience working in residential treatment, group homes, or behavioral health settings. Crisis Intervention training (CPI, NCI, or equivalent). Trauma-Informed Care experience. Strong documentation and communication skills.
**CPR Certification (Adult & Youth) - Preferred**
