Manage patients with uncontrolled diabetes and endocrine disorders through referrals from primary care providers. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and supervise advanced practice providers.
Requires a California Physician’s License, DEA Certificate, AHA-BLS/ACLS, and Board Certification or Eligibility. Proficiency in Spanish and experience with EPIC are highly preferred.
