The physician will provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, conducting physical exams, screenings, and health counseling for patients. Responsibilities also include timely documentation in CPRS/EHR, adhering to VA medication policies, and participating in Quality Improvement activities.
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Primary Care Physicians to deliver on-site outpatient primary care within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (MCBOC). The address of the facility is 814 N. 11th St, Montevideo, MN 56265.The schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and hold an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. jurisdiction. Required certifications include current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association, and an active DEA license.
