Responsibilities

Provide remote therapy sessions through a secure online platform Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals Support clients with emotional, behavioral, social, and mental health concerns Complete progress notes, treatment updates, and required documentation Maintain compliance with telehealth, privacy, and clinical practice standards Adjust treatment approaches based on client response and clinical presentation Manage scheduling, session preparation, and follow-up tasks professionally Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active New York LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private workspace Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LCSW looking for a steady remote role where you can focus on meaningful client care, we encourage you to submit your application and take the next step in your clinical career.
