Qualifications

Education Requirements

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred. Cardiology, telemetry, ICU, ER, PACU, or procedural area experience strongly preferred. Experience interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to clinical changes.

Skills

• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and hemodynamic assessment skills. Proficiency in IV insertion, medication administration, and emergency response. Excellent patient communication and education skills. Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced diagnostic environment. Proficient electronic documentation skills. Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication abilities.

• Certification: BLS and ACLS. Current and active FL state nursing license.
