Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents with disabilities to improve function and independence. Provide clinical support to patients and families while maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with regulations.
Requires a valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA credential. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and proficiency with Net Health documentation are preferred.
