• City/State Carrollton, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Primary Care Overview: Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our St.
• Luke’s location in Carrollton, VA.
• Carrollton is nestled on the James River between Smithfield and Suffolk, VA.
