The RN provides nursing care to hospice patients in their residences and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team and physicians. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring quality end-of-life care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license and prior hospice experience. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care to hospice patients in their place of residence and coordinates care with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), physicians, patients, families, and referral sources. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing the plan of care, and ensuring quality end-of-life care.
