The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Medical ICU. This includes assisting physicians during procedures, administering medications, and educating patients and families on self-care skills.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Alabama Board of Nursing license. BLS certification is required, with ACLS required within six months, and two years of hospital experience is desired.
Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
