The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to dentists and manages patient preparation and comfort during treatments. They are also responsible for instrument sterilization, maintaining accurate records, and providing post-operative instructions.
Candidates must hold an active Texas dental assistant license and a certification from a dental assistant training program. A minimum of 2 years of clinical dental assisting experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations are required.

Assist the Dentists chairside Welcomes patients Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed Instrument sterilization according to regulations Maintains accurate patient records Lab tasks as instructed Provide post-operative care instructions Maintain clean and stocked operatories
