Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, therapy, and behavioral health support to residents in long-term care facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing and medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requires an active, unrestricted Psychologist License and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently within a clinical environment.

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team. In this role, you will work onsite in one or more long-term care facilities within your local community, providing therapy, assessment, care planning, and behavioral health support.
