The Physical Therapist evaluates patient function and implements medically prescribed treatments to remediate physical dysfunction or pain. The role involves analyzing patients and applying therapeutic agents and exercises to maximize functional independence.
Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program and a current State of Connecticut PT license. Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
